Chronic Conditions


A chronic condition is a health condition or disease that is persistent or otherwise long-lasting in its effects.  The term chronic is usually applied when the course of the disease lasts for more than three months.

Exercise can have important health benefits. It is important to exercise under the supervision of a Biokineticist.  The Biokineticist will show you what exercises are safe and any precautions you might need to take while exercising as well as those most beneficial to you.
